Curative Members Can Access Mobile IV Therapy

Understand Your Benefits Before Receiving Care AnywhereUploaded Image

If you have Curative insurance, an eligible mobile appointment may allow you to receive professional care without traveling to a traditional IV clinic.

IVTherapy2go currently identifies Curative as an accepted insurance option and describes eligible house calls, hydration services, and vitamin therapy delivered to the patient’s location.

However, insurance acceptance is only the beginning of the verification process.

Your Curative Network Matters

Curative plans may differ according to employer, network, service area, and benefit design. A logo on an insurance card does not confirm that every healthcare professional, infusion, or mobile service is covered.

Call the member-services number on your card and ask whether IVTherapy2go participates with your exact plan. If the treating healthcare professional’s name is available, verify that individual separately.

Ask whether your plan covers mobile healthcare, IV administration, the requested ingredients or medication, professional monitoring, and any related consultation.

Ask About the Entire Appointment

An IV appointment may involve more than one billable component.

Depending on the treatment, the claim could include a professional evaluation, supplies, fluids, vitamins, prescription medication, administration, monitoring, laboratory review, or outside testing.

Coverage for one portion does not guarantee coverage for another. Ask Curative whether your deductible, coinsurance, copay, or authorization requirements apply to each service.

If laboratory testing is required, confirm which laboratory must be used and whether specimen collection is billed separately.

Provide Complete Insurance Information

Upload or submit clear copies of both sides of your current Curative card. Make sure your name, date of birth, member number, group information, and contact information match the plan’s records.

If the plan requires prior authorization or a medical order, provide those documents before the appointment. Missing information may delay verification or treatment.

Insurance verification is based on information available at that time and is not a guarantee that Curative will pay the final claim.

Treatment Depends on Clinical Eligibility

Even when insurance indicates that a service is covered, a licensed healthcare professional must determine whether the requested treatment is appropriate.

Be prepared to discuss your symptoms, health conditions, medications, supplements, allergies, recent treatments, and previous reactions to IV therapy.

Certain heart, kidney, fluid-balance, pregnancy-related, or medication concerns may affect the recommended treatment. The healthcare professional may recommend another service or a higher level of care.

Mobile Care in Texas

IVTherapy2go brings eligible professional IV services to appropriate locations in serviced Texas communities. The primary focus includes Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio, with availability in and around Arlington, Brownwood, Farmers Branch, Houston, and El Paso.

Because coverage depends on the exact address, use the service-area checker before scheduling.

Verify Before Your Visit

Benefits can change, and previous claim payment does not guarantee future coverage.

Review the IVTherapy2go Curative page, contact Curative member services, and call (817) 508-8169 when you are ready to request an eligible appointment.

Insurance disclaimer: Curative coverage depends on the member’s exact plan, active eligibility, network, diagnosis, medical necessity, authorization requirements, exclusions, and requested treatment. Confirm network participation and your anticipated responsibility before receiving non-emergency care.
