You will receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance company within 45 days after your appointment. EOB will explain what your services were covered based on your insurance benefits.
Your services bill
If there are any services not covered by your insurance, you may then receive a bill from UrgentCare2go or DK Physicians PLLC. The service bill is based on your insurance benefits and on the level of care provided. DK Physicians PLLC, our billing team, submits bills to the insurance companies.
